Le Bouchon, Mauritius

Project Le Bouchon is a large-scale, mixed-use real estate development spanning approximately 153 acres, located in Mauritius and developed under the Smart City Scheme. The Smart City Scheme is a government-backed framework designed to promote sustainable urban development, integrating residential, hospitality, commercial, and lifestyle components within a single master-planned environment.

The project is conceived as a phased development combining high-end hospitality, branded residential living, senior lifestyle accommodation, and commercial infrastructure. Once fully developed, Project Le Bouchon will comprise a 5-star hotel, branded villas, Golden Years Living residences, apartments, and a range of commercial and leisure facilities designed to support a self-sustained smart city ecosystem.
